Debating is a fun way to improve your communication and listening skills.
We believe in lifelong learning, by participation, you will progress at your own pace.
Listed below are some motions / clubs we debated:
- That Cannabis should be legalised (Bishopstown Toastmasters, Cork)
- That Austerity is a necessary evil (People’s College EU studies Class)
- That Organic Food is worth the extra cost (Busy Professionals Toastmasters, Paris)
- That there should be gender equality in the Dail (Engineer’s Toastmasters, Dublin)
- That the Seanad should be abolished (People’s College Current Affairs Class)
We are open to all, complete beginners or experienced speakers.
