Our new group walking tours will be guided by qualified national tour guides who share their passion for both strolling and learning about the creative, historic, and artistic side of Dublin city and surrounding suburbs, such as Howth, Malahide, Dun Laoghaire, Bray aswell as seeing sites in Dublin that you may not have seen before. Tours to our National Gallery explaining the meaning behind some of the wonderful paintings that relate to Ireland, its people, history and the famous artists.
All our trips are very commutable by public transport, bus, dart, luas. For those registered, you will receive a timetable showing meeting points, modes and routes of transport, your tour guides contact details and all the information for you to plan a nice day out.
This course is for people who like walking and chatting with like minded people, who want to deepen their understanding of Dublin's evolving identity through its art, architecture and streetscapes. Anyone interested whether a beginner or intermediate learners alike, no prior knowledge is required, just a good pair of walking shoes and the willingness to learn something new about the city and surrounds.
The course will run for 12 weeks. Every Wednesday at 11am to 1.00pm. Cost is €125 for the term
Starting date is Wednesday 29th April at 11am until the 15th July.
