This course is recommended for students who have previously completed a course reaching the A1.2 level.
This Post-Beginners General French Course is the perfect next step for anyone who has studied the fundamentals and is eager to refresh their knowledge to build confidence.
This is not just about memorizing verb conjugations (though we will definitely tackle those!). It’s about unlocking the ability to genuinely communicate, understand, and engage with French in everyday situations.
The course curriculum runs for 24 weeks split into 2 terms of 12 weeks. Autumn term - 12 weeks and Spring term which begins in February runs for another 12 weeks.
What will Achieve Together: Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes
- Engage in simple conversations about personal information, hobbies, work and travel, express likes and dislikes…..
- Ask and answer questions.
- Handle common situations such as making purchases, ordering in a restaurant, or booking accommodation…
- Describe daily activities, future plans and past events using appropriate verb tenses.
- Understand basic spoken instructions and announcements.

- THIS IS A 12 WEEK term and each class runs for 90 minutes
