Being present, being joy, being healing
Supporting different skill levels and experience we will share the depth and richness of the Foundation Practices.
In gentle relaxed awareness we will experience mindfulness of our bodies, breathing/ sensations, mind and states of mind bringing a natural appreciation of being peace, being joy, being healing. This is a wonderful opportunity to structure, deepen and stabilise our meditation through ongoing formal guided practice, discussion and home practice.
Please bring notebooks and pens.
